Rail is a young, immature soldier who romanticizes being in the military. Playful and witty, Rail is highly skilled in hand to hand combat, and has no fear. He has a mechanical mind and can fix just about anything. He is the youngest of 17 children, and often takes pleasure in reminding people how educated he is.
